Katarzyna Kwiatkowska is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in the ERP systems industry, specializing in SAP solutions for both local and international clients. She founded and led ROC Polska, establishing the company as a recognized SAP services provider in Poland. Following the acquisition of ROC Polska by Zalaris ASA in 2017, she served as President of Zalaris Polska and Executive Vice President at Zalaris ASA, overseeing business development in Eastern Europe until 2023.
Currently, Katarzyna is the Founder and CEO of Smart People, a company that has grown rapidly in process and competency outsourcing for IT, ERP systems, and business support. Her leadership reflects a focus on structured delivery models that align technology expertise with workforce management and operational needs.
During her earlier leadership roles, Katarzyna identified increasing demand from clients for flexible service models that combined technical consulting with staffing and managed services. In response, she introduced an integrated approach that combined SAP consulting, Managed Services, and staffing. This model enabled centralized personnel management, real-time performance monitoring, and automation of staffing processes, resulting in measurable improvements in efficiency and resource utilization.
Her contributions have been recognized through multiple industry honors and publications. These include being named among the Top 10 Global Women Leaders in 2024, receiving the Business Gazelle Award for the fastest-developing consulting company in the IT branch in 2014, and being featured in publications such as Newsweek Poland, Business Woman & Life, and the Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce. She has also contributed thought leadership on outsourcing, leadership, and organizational resilience during periods of market uncertainty.
