Katarzyna Kwiatkowska is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in the ERP systems industry, specializing in SAP solutions for both local and international clients. She founded and led ROC Polska, establishing the company as a recognized SAP services provider in Poland. Following the acquisition of ROC Polska by Zalaris ASA in 2017, she served as President of Zalaris Polska and Executive Vice President at Zalaris ASA, overseeing business development in Eastern Europe until 2023.
Currently, Katarzyna is the Founder and CEO of Smart People, a company that has grown rapidly in process and competency outsourcing for IT, ERP systems, and business support. Her leadership reflects a focus on structured delivery models that align technology expertise with workforce management and operational needs.
