Marcos Barros, Founders 2.0 Conference Honoree, Featured In Times Square For Advancing Strategic Planning And OKR Implementation

Dubai, UAE – January 7, 2026 — Marcos Barros, Founder and CEO of Oxford Business Masters (UK), was honored with the Entrepreneurial Excellence Award at the Founders 2.0 Conference. The three-day entrepreneur summit, held from December 8–10, 2025, at the InterContinental DFC, Dubai, UAE, convened founders, entrepreneurs, business leaders, investors, and consultants to explore actionable strategies for growth, innovation, and organizational transformation.

 

Throughout his career, Marcos has led strategic planning and execution initiatives across more than 30 public institutions in Brazil, mentoring high-impact projects in public health, education, and social care. By implementing agile strategic planning systems and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), his work has directly contributed to measurable improvements in national and regional KPIs. These initiatives increased health service efficiency, expanded access to education, and enhanced citizen satisfaction with social services, resulting in reduced wait times, greater service coverage, and improved execution of strategic priorities.
